Fusion People are a specialist global recruitment business providing contract and permanent recruitment services across their core markets of Construction, Property, Engineering, Industrial, Financial Services, IT and Training. NXT where commissioned as Fusion’s third party design, technical development and support resource for their internal recruitment / candidate / client system.
The bespoke tools allow their global team of recruiters to manage all candidate hire, posts, positions, documents and much more. With third party API’s managing job boards, payment processing and invoicing, Nucleus uptime is critical. NXT have a strict support SLA to help support all components of the system to help support internal teams and are also responsible for code optimisation and helping create future system improvements.
NXT created a modern design concept for the website, featuring fresh colour palettes, large stock photography and a visually dynamic homepage. Key design elements were used strategically across the website to encourage candidate registration and improve the job search experience. The new website performs seamlessly across mobile, tablet and desktop browsing environments.
Fusion People’s website is powered by NXT’s custom CMS and offers content management of all pages, new posts, imagery and testimonials.
