Exclusive Networks, a global cybersecurity specialist operating across multiple international markets, engaged NXT Digital Solutions to address critical digital challenges threatening their business continuity, marketing and sales growth ambitions as well as core management and user editing experiences, all  being highlighted by their legacy Wordpress installation. 

Our comprehensive two-phase discovery process—combining technical audit with face-to-face workshops—revealed fundamental vulnerabilities across their digital infrastructure. Solution

Enterprise Platform Architecture

Following our risk-rated audit report and scoping document, NXT was commissioned to execute a complete digital transformation project. We strategised a complete application upgrade as well as removal of vulnerable software with an enterprise-grade solution built for scale, security, and sustainable growth. 

At the foundation, we implemented enterprise-level Umbraco CMS with global-down management capabilities, enabling efficient content management across multiple markets and business units. Azure cloud hosting with hardened security protocols replaced the single-environment architecture, eliminating the critical single point of failure and wider web risks such as DDoS and content delivery. 

MFA authentication implementation was necessary for managing global claims and users so that the CMS wouldn't become silo'd and could be managed by a global super-admins as well as the global IT department.  A robust backup support with source code management, and improved publishing workflows addressed the security gaps while empowering regional teams with appropriate autonomy. The CMS super-user management structure positioned regional experts as content owners, enabling scalable feature development without security risks and help enable global consistency. 

Design and user experience

The brand had accessibility and UX risks which NXT addressed. We delivered an updated web-brand focussed on a consistent and clean structure match to a deliberately muted version of the branding guidelines to align Exclusive Networks with the top-tier vendors they partner with. This understated approach avoided the over-powering brand position that previously affected performance and accessibility. Intuitive navigation with clear calls-to-action replaced the confusing 14-option header. Extended and linked user journeys allows visitors to be sign-posted towards strategic conversion points. A modular design system with extensible blocks and components provides flexibility for future development while maintaining design consistency as well as planning for global template translations and management. 

ADVANCED FUNCTIONALITY 

Robust vendor search and feature functionality enables visitors to quickly find relevant solutions across Exclusive Networks' extensive portfolio. New Partner, Services, and integrated Solutions areas support their go-to-market strategy with targeted content paths for different audience segments. 

Comprehensive contact forms with detailed enquiry data capture integrate seamlessly with HubSpot, enabling sophisticated marketing automation and lead nurturing. Conversion tracking via global analytics structure provides visibility into performance across all markets and customer segments.

Technical foundations include globalised structured sitemaps and mobile optimisation addressing the catastrophic indexing failures, GDPR compliance mechanisms, and strong SEO and GEO foundations designed for sustained organic traffic growth. The architecture is future-ready for global micro-site management as Exclusive Networks scales internationally.
