Bespoke, responsive, multi-language website with CMS integration

DTZ Investors is a full service, vertically integrated, real estate investment and asset manager. This means that their professional team can provide the full set of complementary real estate services necessary for successful full life cycle real estate investing.

DTZ approached NXT initially after seeing another site we designed and wanted to know what we could do for them. Since our initial meeting we have now successfully launched the new DTZ Investors website.

At the time our brief was to closely follow the newly created brand guidelines, which was mainly print orientated and translate this into a bespoke site design that also complimented the main dtz.com site. Utilising the angle shapes, as specified in the brand guidelines, which derives from the angle of the "z" in the logo, we managed to add another dimension to this graphical device in another medium other than print. The angle shape had it's problems, but eventually led to a beautifully crafted layout that gracefully moves from desktop to ipad and mobile.

On top of this the site has been set up with the ability to add multiple languages and has a secure login area for DTZ Investor customers to get access to important documents.
