sntv is the world’s leading sports news video agency. For over 20 years they have been providing the best quality sports video news content such as highlights from international sporting events, professionally edited sporting video clips, customised in newsroom-ready content, archived content, detailed shotlists and scripting information to both broadcasters and digital publishers globally. After a competitive tendering process, NXT were awarded the project to overhaul the sntv website and backend system project. This project has involved overhauling all website designs, functionality and subscription systems. NXT have provided full digital agency service from specification of all website and back office requirements, through design and UX planning on interactive website pages including a full width responsive template accessible for all tablet and mobile devices. The system has been built on to an enterprise level bespoke CMS platform to manage not only all website content and media but also allows Sales and Ops staff to administer all website trials and client subscriptions. The system runs a complex bespoke CRM and automated email process as part of this process. NXT has worked tirelessly in partnership with the client to develop a future proof solution that improves their client experience across the web and allows more reporting and functionality for internal staff.
