We bring a fresh new approach to your online presence
by mixing design creativity with technical digital know how
We started out as one designer and one developer (Scott and Richard). Since then we've established a core team of web designers, developers and digital marketing specialists based in Guildford, Surrey.
NXT became rated as a top 10 Elite (1-25 staff) Digital Agency based in the UK. This was part of the annual Drum digital census which rates agencies for client & peer recommendations plus project delivery and results.
When working with businesses for the first time, our varied experience across sectors but sites and systems helps NXT strategise the most fit for purpose digital solution.
As a business, we made the decision to specialise in .NET, MVC & C# as our coding language of choice which is robust and secure especially developing Mid to Enterprise level systems.
Richard heads up our technical / development teams overseeing all code creation and integrations. Richards primary skill set is a background in C# .NET but because of the diverse nature of the digital landscape Richard is very familiar with most frameworks and languages but he's happiest when "knee deep in the code". When Richard is out of the office he's either gardening (with a Peroni) or watching CBeebies & TinyPop with Harry and Ben.Close
Scott leads up the team of NXT designers and is responsible for all pixels and margins that NXT send to clients. With a keen interest in all the emerging web design trends, Scott loves a great examples of responsive sites and great typography. If he's not waiting for Photoshop to open he can be found with his family in Fareham including the latest edition Teddy the Cockapoo or trying not to get injured playing Squash.Close
Peter heads up our client liaison side of NXT, supporting everything from new business opportunities, client and project liaison, through to project training and handover. Peter's key interests lie in digital marketing strategy/planning, UX and social strategy. Keep track of Peter's updates on the NXT Twitter feed. Don't follow his personal account unless you are into rugby, football, F1, carp fishing or general customer service complaints to brands.Close
Joe is our lead technical architect and .NET evangelist. With a pure code background, Joe has diversified his skills to work across all our systems and developments. Working closely with Richard and the development team, Joe leads on NXT's best practice to supply systems with clean and optimised code. When Joe isn't looking at Visual Studio(s) he loves keeping his finger on the lastest trends, gaming, socialising and following the Tricky Tree's.Close
Dan joined NXT in 2008 and is one of our leading .NET engineers. No system is too old or corrupt for Dan to get his teeth into. He loves nothing more than creating complex web applications or building HTML5 or Flash games. When Dan isn't routing through databases, he can be found; collecting, servicing and modifying Sinclair C5's or 3D printing spares.Close
Chris leads our front end development at NXT, principally involved in all things responsive, animation and anything cool you see on the web. Chris loves nothing more than creating jQuery libraries but when he's not in the office he loves spinning Poi, making his own tunes and the Linton travel tavern. Keep your eyes peeled for "Spinjammin" - coming soon.Close
Rich joined our development team back in 2008 and leads and manages all maintenance and development of our clients bespoke .NET web application system and mobile Apps for The Live Group. Known affectionately as "Willow" in the office, Rich has a passion for all things digital and web and loves trying out new systems and frameworks. When he's not in the office he can be found on Southsea common, enjoying a refreshing Cider or generally enjoying most sports including Pompey.
Gemma joined NXT in Spring 2015 and has an extensive track record in leading design projects with responsibilities including: website conceptualization / wire-framing, design, illustration, branding and logo design as well as front-end development skills including HTML and CSS. Mark joined the NXT team in November 2015. Mark offers his experience to NXT clients with a solid .NET track record of scoping and developing complex web applications. When Mark isn't deploying code he can be found playing rugby or watching it at home!Close
Noé joined the NXT development team in October 2015. Our development matador loves nothing more than rolling in server-side .NET code but can mix it with the front end team too. He is a big fan of travelling and climbing with no task is too big for Noé to conquer.Close
