The Brief

This client offers a niche recruitment specialism within the live events sector and is well established with both an extensive client list and candidates who have registered with them. They previously relied upon job boards for their publicity and as a result the website was neglected over the years. Our job was simple: to offer a fresh look and feel for the site that engages both customer and candidate.

Our Solution

We overhauled the site design offering a refreshed homepage and content pages, with clearly mapped out new navigation for clients and candidates. We developed the site using Umbraco CMS so the team can now easily upload and remove job profile content. We streamed the latest news and developments in their sector on to the site with a rolling news and blog feed, whilst incorporating social media to improve their growing presence. We have also supported the team by making the business more personal including fun staff profiles and linking their LinkedIN accounts for maximising their relationships with customers. We overhauled their search engine optimisation and targeted specific keywords for organic growth. We designed and managed their ongoing email marketing for them and helped the team use more analytics to help review their digital goals and performance.
