The Live Group stages hundreds of events every year for government, industry and commerce that require management, organisation and integrated communications. They asked us to create GreenGageLive, a new event conferencing tool for sustainable events.
The conferencing tool is constantly evolving to meet new requirements, features and requests and allows an event to be managed from its creation to follow-up. It has been built with the flexibility to customise individual events in many ways through the administration system. Our continued relationship with the client means that we can individually tailor events with bespoke features without impacting existing events.
A typical GreenGageLive event can register thousands of delegates at single or multiple venues, dramatically reducing CO2 emissions and people's time by allowing delegates to travel to their nearest venue. The Agenda Sessions provided at each event are venue-specific and can be booked by delegates, integrating payments as required.
Events can engage with the delegates in various ways, such as blogs, social media, forums, polls, votes; all managed by the administration system while also allowing for badges to be designed, created and printed, reports to be viewed and exported to Microsoft Excel and offline deployment for venues that don't have internet access.
We have written a GreenGageLive User manual for Live Group staff and helped maintain other Live Group projects as well as LiveInteractive, a Flash-based voting system that allows delegates to actively engage during the event using hand-held devices.
