The Brief

Event Insurance Services wanted to increase traffic and sales, refocus its marketing message to appeal to the higher end of the market (especially for weddings and one-off events) and create a new marketing strategy to target brokers to bring in additional business.

Our Solution

We developed a site with a modern look and feel, and a clear navigation and overall structure. Key areas are highlighted on the homepage to direct users to important sections and promotions.

We also created HTML newsletters to tie in with the client’s new marketing concepts; enabled customers and brokers to provide valuable feedback via forms on the website and enter competitions to win prizes; integrated the improved content along with bespoke pages; and allowed data from marketing/feedback responses to be tracked so as to build on the existing relationships with customers, leading to increased sales.
